Oil of orange (CAS NO.8008-57-9) is the one of the most commonly used fruity fragrance,which has a very wide application.It has the main application of the flavor drinks, as well as other food and tobacco, fragrant rice. Spices in the flavor of this toothpaste and perfume, cologne, cream, powder, soap is also widely used.
Oil of orange is extracted or steam distilled as a by-product of orange juice production. It is composed of mostly (greater than 90%) d-limonene, and is usually used in place of pure d-limonene,and it can be further extracted from the oil by distillation.
