Gastrointestinal motility drugs
Vomiting is caused by the visceral and vestibular dysfunction, drugs, radiotherapy and other stimulation of brain stimulation of the chemical vomiting area (CTZ) D2, H1, M1 and 5-HT3 receptor. Antiemetic can block these receptors to alleviate or prevent the occurrence of vomiting. 5-HT3 receptor antagonists and dopamine receptor antagonists can increase gastrointestinal motility, coordinate gastrointestinal motility. These drugs are called gastrointestinal motility drugs.
