Production method for dihydroterpenyl acetate
-
Paragraph 0016, (2016/10/17)
The invention discloses a production method for dihydroterpenyl acetate. The method comprises the following steps: placing terpinyl acetate and a hydrogenation catalyst into a hydrogenation reactor, wherein the usage amount of the hydrogenation catalyst accounts for 4.2% to 4.5% of the mass of the terpinyl acetate; then starting stirring, replacing the air inside the hydrogenation reactor with nitrogen three times, then replacing the nitrogen with hydrogen three times, and after completion of replacement, maintaining pressure at 2.5 to 3.5 Mpa with hydrogen; as the value of a pressure gage of the hydrogenation reactor does not change according to observation results, carrying out heating to 80 to 100 DEG C and carrying out a hydrogenation reaction for 6 to 8 h at a pressure of 2.5 to 3.5 Mpa and a stirring speed of 200 to 300 r/min; and after the pressure in the hydrogenation reactor does not change, cooling the temperature of the materials in the hydrogenation reactor to room temperature, replacing hydrogen with nitrogen three times, carrying out standing and layering, extruding the product out with nitrogen, carrying out secondary standing and precipitation, and carrying out filtering so as to obtain the dihydroterpenyl acetate which has a conversion rate of no less than 98% and selectivity of no less than 99%. The dihydroterpenyl acetate prepared by using the method provided by the invention has good aroma and can be directly sold merely after solid-liquid separation of the dihydroterpenyl acetate and the catalyst.
