A stable open-shell redox active ditopic ligand
Bonanno,Lough,Prosser,Walsby,Poddutoori,Lemaire
, p. 5460 - 5463 (2016)
Herein we describe the synthesis, structure and electronic properties of an unusual redox-active ditopic ligand with a stable open-shell configuration. This stable phenoxyl radical features intense and very low energy electronic transitions in the near in
18-membered-ring spherands containing five anisyl groups
Helgeson, Roger C.,Selle, Beverly J.,Goldberg, Israel,Knobler, Carolyn B.,Cram, Donald J.
, p. 11506 - 11511 (2007/10/02)
The syntheses, characterization, and binding properties of four new spherands are reported, each of which contains five meta-linked anisyl binding sites incorporated in an 18-membered macrocyclic ring. A sixth binding site was(CH2)2O
