Organic compound, and organic electroluminescent device and electronic device using the same
-
Paragraph 0129-0131, (2021/11/10)
The present invention relates to an organic compound and an organic electroluminescent device and an electronic device using the same, wherein the organic compound has a structure formed by combining an indole carbazole-based planar conjugated group in a fused manner and a dibenzofuran substituted with an aryl group. The structure has higher hole mobility and higher energy transfer efficiency, and is suitable for being used as a light-emitting host material in an organic electroluminescent device. When the organic compound is used as a light emitting host material in an organic electroluminescent device, the light emitting efficiency and the service life of the device can be effectively improved, and the working voltage is reduced.
ORGANIC MIXTURE AND APPLICATION THEREOF IN ORGANIC ELECTRONIC DEVICES
-
, (2020/11/27)
The present invention relates to an organic mixture and an application thereof in organic electronic devices. The organic mixture comprises a spirofluorene organic compound containing a fused heterocyclic ring and an aromatic fused heterocyclic organic compound containing an electron-donating group. A combination of the two materials may be used as a host material of a phosphorescent organic light-emitting diode (OLED), which may use the energy of excitons and balance the charge transport to the greatest extent and which may effectively reduce the concentration of excitons and the operating voltage of a corresponding device, thereby effectively improving the efficiency and service life of the related electronic device in order to provide an effective solution for improving the overall performance of an organic electronic device.
Fused ring organic compound and mixture and organic electronic device comprising same
-
, (2019/05/15)
The invention relates to a fused ring organic compound and a mixture and organic electronic device comprising the same. The fused ring organic compound shown in a general formula (I) has excellent electron transport properties and stability, material synthesis is simple, and when a synthesized material is applied to a device host material, the luminous efficiency and stability of the device can beimproved, and the production cost of the device can be reduced. In addition, a co-host can be formed through cooperation of the fused ring organic compound with another host with a hole transport property or a bipolar property, the electroluminescent efficiency and the service life of the device can be improved further.
