Preparation: this chemical can be prepared by berylliumchloride and hydrogen sulfide by heating. When berylliumchloride sublimating repeatedly as far as possible in the quartz tube, hydrogen sulfide is added. The reaction is then conducted at the temperature of 850 - 900 °C for an hour.
