Preparation of Silane,ethenyltrimethyl-: This chemical can be prepared by trichloro-vinyl-silane and methylmagnesium bromide. And the yield is about 49%.
Uses of Silane,ethenyltrimethyl-: It can react with benzaldehyde to produce 1-phenyl-3-trimethylsilanyl-propan-1-one. This reaction will need reagent 2-amino-3-picoline, benzoic acid and aniline, catalyst Rh(PPh3)3Cl, and the menstruum toluene. The reaction time is 1 hour with temperature of 130°C, and the yield is about 95%.
