The invention provides a synthesis method of a solid antioxidant 1, 3, 5-tris (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionyloxyethyl) isocyanurate, which comprises the following steps of: by using 3, 5-methyl ester and Theic as raw materials and a mixture of acetate of alkali metal and hydroxide as a catalyst, carrying out a reaction through a gradient temperature control program, and finally, carrying out corresponding post-treatment to obtain the product. The method provided by the invention has the advantages of easily available raw materials, simple and convenient synthesis process and high product yield and content, and is a simple and convenient synthesis method of the 1, 3, 5-tri (3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl propionyloxyethyl) isocyanurate.
