The present invention relates to an organic compound and an organic electroluminescent device and an electronic device using the same, wherein the organic compound has a structure formed by combining an indole carbazole-based planar conjugated group in a fused manner and a dibenzofuran substituted with an aryl group. The structure has higher hole mobility and higher energy transfer efficiency, and is suitable for being used as a light-emitting host material in an organic electroluminescent device. When the organic compound is used as a light emitting host material in an organic electroluminescent device, the light emitting efficiency and the service life of the device can be effectively improved, and the working voltage is reduced.

Disclosed is a compound of general formula (1) shown in the specification, wherein B is linked to A at any one of e, f, or g positions of A; L1 and L2 are respectively and independently one of a single bond, arylene and heteroarylene; Ar1 and Ar2 are respectively and independently one of a C6-C30 arylene group and a C3-C30 heteroarylene group; R1 to R4 are respectively and independently at least one of hydrogen, C1-C12 alkyl, C1-C12 alkoxy, halogen, cyano, nitro, hydroxyl, silyl, amino, C6-C30 aryl amino, C3-C30 heteroaryl amino, C6-C30 aryl and C3-C30 heteroaryl; a and b are respectively andindependently selected from integers from 0 to 4; c is an integer from 0 to 2; and d is an integer from 0 to 6. When the compound is used as a luminescent material in an OLED device or an electron transport material, the compound shows excellent device performance and stability. The invention also discloses an organic light-emitting device adopting the compound with the general formula.
