Uses of Hydrazine,(3,4-dichlorophenyl)-, hydrochloride (1:1): It can react with 3-amino-but-2-enenitrile to produce 2-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-5-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-ylamine. This reaction will need reagent 37% HCl, and the menstruum H2O. The reaction time is 15 minutes with heating, and the yield is about 80%.
