Usage

Description

Reactive Blue 222 is a navy blue, dark blue powder that is soluble in water, with a solubility of 80 g/L at 50°C. It is a reactive dye used for dyeing various types of fibers.

Uses

Used in Textile Industry:
Reactive Blue 222 is used as a dye for cotton, viscose fibers, and their blends with polyester and stick. It is suitable for exhaust dyeing methods and pad staining. It can also be used for dyeing linen and silk.
Used in Cellulose Fiber Printing:
Reactive Blue 222 is used for cellulose fiber printing, including discharge printing. It has better dyeing performance than C.I.Reactive Blue 194.
Standard:
Reactive Blue 222 has a light fastness rating of 5-6, oxygen bleaching rating of 5, perspiration fastness rating of 5, soaping rating of 5, and fading and staining ratings of 5.

Preparation
