The present invention relates to a novel organic compound having a structure represented by the following formula (1), wherein X is selected from O, S or Se; Y is selected from S or O; Ar1 and Ar2 areeach independently selected from one of a substituted or unsubstituted C5-C30 heteroaryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylamino group, and a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 heteroaryl amino group; L1 and L2 are each independently selected from one of a single bond, a substituted or unsubstituted C6-C30 arylene group, and a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 heteroarylene group; Z1 and Z6 are each independently selected from CH or N; Z2 and Z3 are independently selected from N, CH or CR1, respectively, and when m = 1, at least one of Z2 and Z3 is CR1; Z4 and Z5 are independently selected from N, CH or CR2, respectively; and when n = 1, at least one of Z4 and Z5 is CR2. The compound of the present invention exhibits excellent device performance and stability when used as a material in a light emitting layer in an OLED device. The invention also discloses an organic light-emitting device adopting the compound with the general formula.
