The invention discloses a one-pot-process preparation technology of sodium camphor sulfonate. The one-pot-process preparation technology comprises the following steps: by taking camphor and chlorosulfonic acid as starting raw materials, adding acetic anhydride and the camphor into a reaction kettle; after dissolving, slowly dropwise adding the chlorosulfonic acid; carrying out heat insulation andreacting for 4 to 6h; cooling to room temperature; slowly dropwise adding liquid alkali into a reaction solution and regulating the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) value to be neutral; decompressing and concentrating until a mixture becomes dry, so as to obtain a sodium camphor sulfonate crude product; and adding acetone into the crude product and recrystallizing to obtain the sodium camphor sulfonatewith the purity greater than 99.9 percent, wherein the total yield can reach 98 percent or more. The one-pot-process preparation technology has the advantages of simplicity in operation, equipment conservation, moderate reaction conditions, small environment pollution, high reaction yield, good product quality and low cost and industrial production is easy to realize.
