Description
Vat Blue 42 is a blue to red light blue dye that exhibits various color changes when exposed to different chemicals. In concentrated sulfuric acid, it appears greenish-blue, and upon dilution, it forms a green-blue precipitate. When in contact with a basic insurance powder solution or sodium hydroxide, it turns yellow.
Uses

This indophenol is by N – ethylcarbazole and 4-Nitrosophenol in concentrated sulfuric acid, in – 23 ℃ condensation and have to (BIOS 983,65-70) o note: use with C.I. leuco sulfur dye similar method, some the structure of the dyes can be converted into the leuco compound.
