The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding a proper amount of triethyl phosphite, pentaerythritol, octadecanol and a catalyst into a reactor, controlling the temperature to be 120-130 DEG C, and carrying out heat preservation reaction for 1 hour; and then adjusting the vacuumdegree to -0.04 MPa to -0.07 MPa, heating to 160 DEG C, carrying out heat preservation for 1 h, removing ethanol generated in the reaction process, and carrying out hot filtration to obtain a target product. The method has the advantages of high product purity, high yield, simple process treatment, no waste generation, environmental protection, energy saving, short production period and easy process control.
