- Synthetic method for co-production of 2-hydroxy-benzonitrile and plant growth regulator
-
The invention relates to the field of pesticides, and discloses a synthetic method for co-production of 2-hydroxy-benzonitrile and a plant growth regulator. The method comprises the steps of 1) in the presence of an aprotic polar solvent, enabling 2-methoxybenzonitrile and lithium chloride to be subjected to a contact reaction to obtain 2-hydroxy-benzonitrile and chloromethane gas; and (2) carrying out quaternization reaction on the chloromethane gas obtained in the step (1) and a solution containing N-methylpiperidine or a solution containing N-methylmorpholine to obtain mepiquat chloride or mepiquat chloride. The method is green and environment-friendly, mild in reaction condition and simple and convenient to operate, the 2-hydroxy-benzonitrile can be obtained at high yield, and the mepiquat chloride or the sulfonamide is co-produced at the same time, so that zero emission of tail gas is achieved.

- Method for synthesizing mepiquat chloride original medicine
-
The invention discloses a method for synthesizing a mepiquat chloride original medicine. The method comprises the following steps: adding ethanol into a container, adding pyridine for mixing, adding chloromethane after dissolution, and performing heating reaction to obtain N-methylpyridine chloride; adding the N-methylpyridine chloride and a catalyst into a reaction container, introducing hydrogen, performing heating reaction to obtain an N-methylpiperidine hydrochloride system, adding an acid binding agent into the N-methylpiperidine hydrochloride system for neutralization reaction, and performing filtering to obtain N-methylpiperidine; dissolving the N-methylpiperidine in ethanol, and adding chloromethane for heating reaction; evaporating a reaction system to remove the ethanol and the chloromethane to obtain a high-purity mepiquat chloride product. According to the method, the using amount of the acid binding agent is reduced in a production process, and the water cost for production is reduced; in addition, the sustainability is high, the energy consumption is effectively reduced, and the method is a novel production process. Therefore, the method has remarkable economic benefits and social benefits.

- Patch preparations for treating plants
-
The following invention introduces a patch preparation for treating plants, whereas the patch preparations comprise a chemical layer composed of at least one agrochemically active compound, at least one adhesive and optionally, one or more additives. The components are dispersed in a matrix state on a substrate which are then introduced on the roots of the plant to be treated.

- Kinetics of Reactions of Cyclic Secondary Amines with 2,4-Dinitro-1-naphthyl Ethyl Ether in Dimethyl Sulfoxide Solution. Spectacular Difference between the Behavior of Pyrrolidine and Piperidine
-
The reactions named in the title, which form N-(2,4-dinitro-1-naphthyl) derivatives of these heterocyclic amines, occur in two distinct stages. In stage I, the spectrum of a ?-adduct intermediate develops at a rate which is measurable in a stopped flow apparatus; in stage II, it decays at a slower and easily measurable rate. The kinetics of both stage I and stage II have been studied.Pyrrolidine and piperidine are similar in their stage I behavior, but reactivity in stage II is about 11000 times greater in the pyrrolidine system. This huge difference between systems apparently so similar is judged to arise from steric interactions forced by differences in conformation between the amino moieties in the intermediate ? adducts as they release the nucleofuge. It calls into question the rate-limiting proton transfer interpretation of base catalysis in analogous aminodephenoxylation reactions in protic solvents.
